Ms. Ma has experiences as trademark attorney since 1996, and acquired the Qualification Certificate of Trademark Agent in 1998. Before founding SAI INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, she worked as trademark agent in NTD Patent & Trademark Agency Ltd., and made systematic advanced studies in Japan for learning Japanese intellectual property laws.
Ms. Ma is familiar with intellectual property laws and rules of China and has gained rich professional experiences in the practice of trademark and intellectual property affairs, and she has handled many cases for a lot of multi-national companies including many famous Japanese companies in the fields of trademark application, assignment, opposition, dispute, lawsuit, copyright, domain name, etc.
Ms. Ma is also involving in the study of intellectual property theory. She published books and thesis in Japan to introduce Chinese trademark, and she was invited separately by The Patent Attorneys Cooperative Association of Japan，Japan Patent Attorneys Association, Japan Trademark Association, etc. to join the seminars organized by them, and acted as the trainer to introduce laws and practices of China.

Mr. Ma worked as patent attorney for about 10 years in LUNG TIN International Intellectual Property Agent Ltd. before joining SAI INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, and he acted a lot of patent cases during this period and went to Japan many times for training and visiting.
Mr. Ma has rich experiences in patent agent in the fields of machinery, electronics, communications, etc., including application, OA, review, invalid and lawsuit.

Ms. Xie has worked in trademark agency for many years and has gained rich theoretical and practical experiences. She specializes in the fields of trademark opposition, review of refuse, dispute, any other administrative procedures, anti-unfair competition, related lawsuit, etc. She is not only familiar with the intellectual property laws and rules of China, but also familiar with the registrations procedures abroad and successfully acted for many foreign-related trademark registration and prosecution cases.

Mr. Qin was the patent examiner of the Machinery Examination Department for State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), and has ever been in JPO for 8 months. He became the board member of the Patent Reexamination Board under the SIPO in 1990, where he handled over 700 patent reexamination and invalidity cases. After service for the SIPO, he started working as a patent attorney and counsel in the local IP agencies and law firms consecutively. Mr. Qin has engaged in patent matters for many years with rich professional experiences in the mechanical field. He is familiar with intellectual property laws and rules of China and has gained rich experiences in the practice of patents and intellectual property affairs. He has always maintained a strict and careful professional manner. Mr. Qin is also a proficient translator of patent academic documents, and is capable of translating between English, Japanese and Chinese. He has translated application documents more than eight million words. 

Mr. Qin is familiar with laws and regulations related to intellectual property and he has rich practice experiences in the fields of trademark agent. He specializes in trademark application, review, opposition, dispute, etc.

Mr. Sun has rich practical experiences in trademark application and management of IP process.

Ms. Cheng served as director of IP department for a local state-owned enterprise before joining Sai & Partners. She focuses on patent applications for Invention, Utility Model and Design in the fields of machinery, electronics and machinery automation.

Mr. Xu is experienced in technology of communications, computer, electron and machinery, familiar with IP Law and patent preparation and prosecution. He has rich experiences in patent invalidation and litigation.

Mr. Hu focuses on patent matters in the fields of electronics, communications, computer hardware and software, automation and computer internet. He is experienced in patent prosecution, response to OA, re-examination and familiar with PCT application, patent preparation and prosecution in U.S. and Europe.
